Kathy has been with Rhodes + Associates Limited since late 2020. Prior to this spending eight years as a Main Contractor QS working on a wide variety of projects in Christchurch. Kathy is enjoying learning the pre–contract side of the business including completing detailed bank Pre-Condition Reports and bank Drawdowns.
